Rancilio SILVIA PRO X
The Next Generation of Silvia
Coffee geeks and professional baristas, fall in love all over again with Silvia! The new Rancilio Silvia Pro X is a 1-group professional double boiler espresso machine designed for even more advanced precision and control. This redesigned model is the same iconic Silvia you love but now with a whole slew of added features that will impress both expert baristas and newcomers alike. An added second boiler and PID controllers ensure precise temperature regulation and thermal stability plus pressure gauge. The newly added digital display creates a more user-friendly experience, making this the perfect entry-level machine for home or office use.
Double Boiler + PID + Pressure Gauge + Variable Pre-infusion
For the first time, the Rancilio Silvia is equipped with two boilers: one to heat water for brewing coffee, and another for hot water and steam.
Brew more drinks back-to-back without waiting between steaming and brewing, or froth milk while you pull a shot.
Larger than previous models, the 1L steam boiler gives you professional-grade steaming power to create barista-quality milk foam. Create all your favorites from lattes to cappuccinos to flat whites.
The Rancilio Silvia Pro X gives you fine control over water temperature in both boilers via internal PID, offering precise temperature stability and simple adjustment.
The added pressure gauge allows for real-time pressure readings in the boiler.
If you choose to activate the soft pre-infusion feature, you can infuse the coffee grounds with lower pressure between 0-6 seconds before ramping up to optimal brewing pressure for espresso, achieving the most taste from all blends of beans as well as single-origin coffees.
Available in Stainless, Black, White, and Pink.
Please Note: For customers outside of the continental USA, additional shipping costs will apply.
