Symptoms of failed fuse.  Machine will operate but water will not heat.

Check the fuse with a volt meter for continuity. If the fuse has blown, you will not have continuity.  Contact us if you are unsure how to test.

This is most often the issue if your machine is not heating.  It is a very easy replacement process that can be done in just a few minutes with a screwdriver and a T10 torx screwdriver or bit.

Failure of these are often the result of power surges.  We always recommend using a surge protector on your outlet to protect your machine.
