Review the complete build with JEI, your vehicle builder, and qualified installers before you purchase.
Check dimensions, service clearances, counter strength, storage, and staff movement from grinding to pickup.
Review exact equipment voltage, amperage, circuits, and connections alongside refrigeration, pumps, and other loads. Have a qualified electrician assess simultaneous demand and generator capacity.
Plan tank capacity for drinks, rinsing, cleaning, and required sinks. Confirm pump pressure, flow, water quality, and local freshwater and wastewater requirements.
Coordinate supply lines, filtration access, shutoffs, drain routing, and any backflow or air-gap requirements with your installer and local authority.
Have your builder confirm weight distribution, secure mounting, and transport protection. Follow manufacturer instructions for shutdown, cooling, draining, and transport.
